Gifta Return Policy

The following return policy applies to domestic orders only.

Our return policy strives to be as easy and flexible as possible.  We make it easy for you to give a gift and free for your Giftee to return it and get Gifta credit towards any other gift they want on the Gifta.com.

Gifting made easy!!!!

Gifta.com specializes in finding unique gifts from all around the country from fresh flowers to custom products; because of this, not every product on the site is returnable. To make the process easier for our valued members, we've broken down the details on what exactly is returnable and what is not.


You can return the following items:


All products are returnable if you receive the wrong product or the product comes damaged by fault of Gifta.com including Gift Baskets and Flowers

All products in categories Men, Women, Home, Kids, Sports & Outdoors, Electronics that are not monogramed or custom made.


The following items are non-returnable:


All Personalized Monogramed or custom products are non-returnable.  All Flowers and Gift Baskets are non-returnable.


Returns and Credits


Returnable items that are being returned by the individual who purchased the product are eligible for a full return back to their credit card that was used to make the purchase.

Returnable Items that are being retuned by the Giftee or the person who received the gift are eligible for a full return in Gifta credit.

Gifta will apply your Gifta Credit to your next Purchase

Gifta will not return Shipping and Tax of (from) the orginal purchase.



Quick & Easy Exchanges


Did you send your Giftee a gift that they already had or something they no longer love? No problem Gifta lets them return all returnable items for free.

We make it easy for your Giftee to make an exchange. By Clicking Here your Giftee can input there order number that was in the box and select the gift they would like to return.

Gifta will provide you with a Prepaid Fedex shipping label to return your purchase to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and you will see your credit in your Gifta account.

If a Gift is sent back, inspected and not approved you or your Giftee will be charged for shipping and processing of that return.


Return or Exchange Eligibility Window


Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item purchased date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, gift boxes and cables. Products must be in the condition you received them in.
